I was at the dealership this morning for an issue with my 2012 Chrysler van. I expressed a problem that I have had with the front end alignment of my vehicle that was there when I purchased the van.. I have told your staff in the service dept time and time again that I wanted it repaired.They all said it wasn't under the warranty.( due to the fact it was like that when I bought it I think it is) both front tires are worn out now as a result...I will have to purchase 2 new tires as a result.. Your service dept employee ( Nick ) solved the problem and the issue is to be resolved Fri with the front end alignment. This is an exceptional young man with superior customer service skills and a friendly outlook on the customers and his job..Please Thank Him for me again.. I have been referring all of my friends and family to the Rogersville dealership for their auto purchases.
